Our panel of funders is second to none. We use institutional lenders, private banks and reputable private individuals to fund development projects throughout the length and breadth of the country. As our sources are so varied, there are no geographical restrictions (yes, funding is available outside of London!) and no maximum funding amounts. We can arrange funding for single units or large developments of residential (houses and apartments), commercial and mixed-use schemes in the UK. We know how all our funders work, what they expect and how to get the best out of them – so much so that they call upon us on a consultancy basis from time to time to assist them with a specific need or market research.

In the development finance marketplace, it is essential to stay abreast of what is available and from which provider. We are in constant contact with our panel of funders to ensure new products and incentives are utilised, and new funders are regularly welcomed on to our panel after being thoroughly vetted.

The costs of a development finance facility can vary quite dramatically, dependent on the developers profile, project location, number and type of units, and what Loan To Value or Loan To Cost is required. Interest rates start from 4% per annum, with arrangement and exit fees in addition.
